My approach is personal, confidential, empathetic, compassionate and judgement free.
I use a variety of researched based techniques within a client centred, strengths-based framework, which include Mindfulness exercises, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, LEGO® Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I can assist with issues with school refusal, regulation, anxiety, cognitive flexibility, resilience, self- esteem and prosocial behaviours.
